System Developer at the Swedish Consumer Agency
As a system developer at the Swedish Consumer Agency, you will have the trust to make a difference for many.
In your work, you will help create a better everyday life for Sweden's consumers. The IT and Digital Services unit is responsible for the development of IT services to ensure that the agency has a modern and secure IT infrastructure.
About the Job
As a system developer at the Swedish Consumer Agency, you will play a central role in the agency's digital development. The unit acts as a client organization towards external suppliers, drives projects, and is responsible for digital services, system development, and license management. Together with colleagues in the unit and the rest of the organization, you will drive the work forward and contribute to creating efficient and modern solutions by developing and managing both new and existing services.
Are You the One We Are Looking For?
You have a relevant university degree and experience as a developer with knowledge in:
- Development of AI and LLM-based solutions.
- RAG solutions (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or similar architectures.
- Understanding of model behavior, limitations, hallucinations, and methods for quality assurance and evaluation of AI responses.
- .NET/C#
It is also an advantage to have knowledge in:
- Angular, React, and TypeScript.
- Design and implementation of REST APIs.
- SQL Server and Entity Framework.
- Docker and container technology.
- Cloud platforms (such as Azure AWS).
You are used to working towards set deadlines and take your own initiatives to drive the work forward. At the same time, you are responsive to the needs of the organization and collaborate well with others. Sharing knowledge and exploring new paths is a given for you, and you communicate clearly by adapting information to the recipient and situation. You have good analytical skills and easily see connections and consequences, which helps you focus on assignments and results while maintaining a holistic view.

About the Employment
This is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is in Karlstad. Start date is according to agreement.
We have trust-based working hours, and depending on the conditions of the organization, you have the opportunity to work partially remotely.
